New branches in personal 5 District

The events triggered instead by next Monday, 13 October.
This service in 2015 will be extended to other venues.
The second change concerns the strengthening in all the Districts of the home care service, that is extended to all citizens with severe mobility difficulties or with an age greater than the 80 years.
The service covers not only all kinds of certification, but also the release of the identity card and voter card. (s.spa.)
