The Italian film director said Micali "retains the flavor of cinema town with little chairs so-called" special wooden and very close to those movies there. Pur essendo diverso dall’Universale è comunque molto fedele alle sue atmosfere”.

Particularly expectations reconstructions of the episodes that have contributed to the myth of the Universal, dall '"abburracciugagnene" during the screening of “Last Tango and Parigi”, all’ingresso in sala della Vespa. Per questi due momenti sarà particolarmente importante riuscire a ricreare quell’atmosfera inimitabile che ha caratterizzato il cinema e tutti sono invitati a partecipare alle riprese nei giorni di sabato 25 October and Saturday 8 November, prior contact with the production of the film to the email casting@universaleilfilm.it.
Il film di Federico Micali è stato scritto insieme a Cosimo Calamini, young Florentine writer, e Heidrun Schleef, one of the most famous Italian screenwriters, Palma d’oro a Cannes con Nanni Moretti.
The film received the funding of the Tuscany Region and the Ministry of Heritage and Cultural Activities.
The film will be ready in January 2015 but its future is still uncertain, if you first do a ride in some national and international Festival, or if it will come out soon in theaters during the current season.
Of course that will not be the first to Florence.
